Tile Stratum
Account & Data Deletion Request
1. Data overview
Tile Stratum is primarily a local-first puzzle game. If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games Services, we may store the following account-related information:
- Firebase Authentication User ID — a unique identifier used to manage your profile
- Google Play Games display name — used for in-game status / profile linkage
- Local game progress — coins, unlocked levels, and settings stored on your device
We do not collect credit card details, passwords, or payment credentials. Any in-app purchases (if offered) are processed by Google Play under Google’s own policies.
2. How to request deletion
Because Tile Stratum does not provide a web-based account portal, account and data deletion is handled by email. Follow these steps:
- Send an email to moin20@zohomail.in.
- Use this exact subject line: Data Deletion Request - Tile Stratum

In the email body, include:
- Game name (required): Tile Stratum
- Google Play Games display name (required): your exact in-game / Play Games display name
- Firebase user identifier (if known): any User ID associated with your sign-in
Providing your display name or Firebase identifier helps us locate and delete the correct records. The game name Tile Stratum is required so we can process the request for the right product.
3. Processing & retention
After we receive a valid deletion request, we will permanently delete all associated account data and related database records within 14 calendar days. No residual account data will be retained for that request once deletion is complete.
Local progress stored only on your device is not controlled by our servers. To remove it, clear the App’s storage in your device settings or uninstall Tile Stratum.
4. Revoking access at the account level
Independently of emailing us, you can revoke Tile Stratum’s access from your Google account on your device:
- Open Google Account Settings
- Go to Third-party apps & services (or Security → Third-party access, depending on your device)
- Find Tile Stratum / Play Games linked apps and revoke access
Revoking access stops future sign-in linkage from your Google account. To also remove data we already store, please still send a deletion request using the steps above.
